The short version. Ryfa Network ("Ryfa", "we", "us") is operated by Powered Up Web LLC.
By using Ryfa you agree to these terms. Be real, be respectful, don't spam, and remember that Ryfa connects
people but doesn't vouch for them. Ryfa is free to use; Ryfa Pro is an optional paid plan you can cancel any time.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and use Ryfa for professional networking.
- Use your real name and pick industries that honestly describe your work — networking groups rely on them.
- You sign in with links sent to your email, so keep your email account secure. You're responsible for what happens on your Ryfa account.
- One person per account. Don't create accounts for other people or share yours.
Your content
Your card, photos, videos, messages and group details are yours. You give us permission to store,
display and share them inside Ryfa the way you direct — for example, showing your card to people you give your
link or QR code to, and showing your messages to members of that group. This permission ends when you delete
the content or your account, except for copies that remain for a limited time in backups.
Only post content you have the right to share. We may remove content or limit accounts that break these terms.
Community rules
Ryfa is built to be networking without the noise. Don't:
- spam, send unsolicited bulk messages, or use contact details you got through Ryfa for mass marketing;
- harass, threaten, or discriminate against anyone, or post hateful, sexual, violent or illegal content;
- impersonate someone, or misrepresent your identity, business or industry (including to get into a group);
- scrape, copy or collect data from Ryfa with bots or automated tools;
- try to break, overload, or get around Ryfa's security or limits, or upload anything harmful;
- use Ryfa for anything illegal, including scams or misleading offers.
Zero tolerance. There's no place on Ryfa for objectionable content or abusive people. Slurs and
explicit sexual language are blocked automatically, and swear words are starred out.
Report and block. You can report any card, group or chat message (on a card or group, tap ⋯; in a chat,
tap the message) and block anyone. Blocking hides you from each other — they can't open your card or connect with you,
and their messages in your groups are hidden for you. They aren't told; our team is alerted so we can check for abuse.
We review every report within 24 hours.
Something reported by several people is hidden until we've looked at it. When content breaks these rules we remove it,
and we suspend people who post it. You can also email [email protected].
Groups, teams and meetings
- Organizers run their own groups and teams: they set who can join, share the meeting details, and are responsible for how their group is run.
- Ryfa doesn't host, supervise or verify meetings, events or the people in them. Meet in public places, use your judgment, and do your own homework before doing business with anyone you meet through Ryfa.
- When a group or team is deleted — by its organizer or because the organizer deleted their account — it's removed for all members, along with its chat.
Free and Pro plans
Free. Ryfa is free to use, with limits on how many groups you can run and join and how large
your team can be. We may change what the free plan includes, and we'll tell you before changes affect you.
Ryfa Pro removes those limits and adds Pro features. It costs $22.99 per month, or $17.99 per month
billed yearly ($215.88 per year), plus any applicable taxes. In the Ryfa iPhone and Android apps the yearly plan is
$214.99 per year (the stores' nearest price). The price is shown before you pay.
- Renewal: Pro renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period until you cancel.
- Cancelling: cancel any time in Settings → Manage billing (or, if you subscribed in the iPhone app, in your Apple subscriptions: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; in the Android app, in Google Play: Play Store → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to the free plan.
- Refunds: payments aren't refundable and we don't give credits for partial periods, except where the law requires it.
- Price changes: we'll tell you in advance, and a new price only applies from your next renewal.
- Moving back to Free: if you're over the free limits, we'll give you time to choose which groups to keep before the limits apply.
- Promo codes: discounts apply as described with the code and can't be exchanged for cash.
- In-app purchases: if you buy Pro in the Ryfa iPhone or Android app, Apple or Google handles the payment, renewals, cancelling and refunds under their terms. Payment is charged to your Apple ID (or Google account) when you confirm, and the subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. See our
Privacy Policy for what gets deleted. If you pay for Pro on the web, deleting your account
cancels it right away and there are no further charges. If you pay through Apple or Google, turn off auto-renew there
first — deleting your Ryfa account doesn't stop their billing.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other people or Ryfa at risk. A suspended account
can't sign in, and its card and messages are hidden. Suspending an account doesn't cancel a Pro subscription on its
own — contact us and we'll sort it out. Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you why; if you think we got it wrong,
email [email protected].
Legal terms
No warranties
Ryfa is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it running well, but we can't promise it will
always be available, error-free, or that information other members share is accurate. We don't screen members and
aren't responsible for their conduct or for any business you do with them.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Powered Up Web LLC won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special or
consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of Ryfa. Our total liability
for any claim about Ryfa is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $50.
Indemnity
If someone brings a claim against us because of content you posted or how you used Ryfa in breach of these
terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or
federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms as Ryfa grows. We'll update the date at the top and, for important changes, let you
know by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Ryfa after that, the new terms apply.
